Minded is available to people 18 and over in the states where we operate. We treat a full spectrum of mental health conditions and can prescribe a wide range of mental health medications.

Minded is not a good fit for some people who need a higher level of care, e.g. those that are in an acute crisis, actively suicidal, or need to be hospitalized. If you are experiencing an emotional crisis, or if you believe that you are a danger to yourself or to others, get help immediately: Call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Call the National Suicide Prevention Hotline at 988 to speak with a live counselor 24 hours a day. Text the Crisis Text Line by sending ‘HOME’ to 741-741 to connect to a counselor immediately.
When scheduling an appointment with Minded, time is allocated to provide patients with the highest quality of care, while accommodating other patients’ needs. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so by signing in to tryminded.com no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. While we are sensitive to the fact that emergencies occur, cancellations and no-shows reduce our ability to schedule other patients. We request your full cooperation with the cancellation/no-show policy:
Please note the following:
Prescription refills are authorized during appointments. As a result, if a patient does not keep their appointment, prescription refills will not be provided until the patient is seen. It is important to monitor patient progress in treatment throughout the course of care. Collaboration between patient and provider determines how often appointments should occur as it relates to prescription refills.
If you are taking a psychotropic medication that is not in our formulary, our Care Team will discuss with you what options are available and if Minded is a good fit. There are medications we do not currently prescribe and will require you to continue to see another medical professional.
